Darren A. McDonough is a partner with Ivey, McClellan, Siegmund, Brumbaugh & McDonough, LLP. Darren represents clients in both state and federal court and has litigated cases at all trial levels and in the appellate courts of North Carolina. Darren has handled complex matters for companies and individuals involving contract claims, restrictive covenants, zoning and boundary disputes, negligence, fraud, unfair and deceptive trade practices, incompetency and guardianships. He has also represented clients on domestic matters and has litigated claims for alienation of affection and criminal conversation. Darren is a Public Administrator for the 17A Judicial District (Rockingham County) of North Carolina where he is appointed to administer complex and simple estates.
