Charles M. Ivey, III is a partner with Ivey, McClellan, Siegmund, Brumbaugh & McDonough, LLP. With the exception of two short stays during his undergrad and law school attendance, Charles has lived in Greensboro his entire life. Charles spends significant time working on Chapter 11 reorganizations and out of court restructurings of businesses and individuals. Some of these reorganizations results from, or leads toward, complex litigation throughout the state and federal courts of North Carolina.
