Mr. McClellan has been involved in hundreds of trials at the District and Superior court levels in State Court, and has received favorable outcomes before the North Carolina Supreme Court, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. Mr. McClellan has also been involved in Petitions for Certiorari before the U.S. Supreme Court.
